and wild herbs with a pleasant peppery finish.
The olives are picked from trees of typical Tuscan variety, muraiolo, pendolino, leccino, that are cared for using only natural
methods, following the rythyms of the earth and cycle of the moon.
They are delivered to the cold press, the same day, to insure that the olive oil preserves the taste, aroma,
vitamins and anti oxidant properties of the olive fruit.
Casa Raia extra virgin olive oil can be used for cooking and will enhance the most simple dish if delicatly drizzled before serving.
