Well, that's it for the project. I've finally received an email (and a mailed letter according to the email) from Disney telling me to stop the project. Here's a copy of the email (and probably the letter, which I haven't received yet).

Dear Mr. Ang:
I write on behalf of Disney Enterprises, Inc. (“Disney”). It has come to our attention that you are using Disney’s intellectual properties, namely Disney’s trademarks and copyrights, including but not limited to “Disney” and “Kingdom Hearts” logo on your website www.sidestream.tk and that you offer for sale a “Kingdom Hearts Movie” which is compilation of the non-game elements from Disney’s “Kingdom Hearts” video game, as shown on the attached printout.
Disney does not permit the unauthorized use of its names, logos, trademarks and copyrighted works. Such use infringes Disney’s trademark rights, copyrights, and/or constitutes unfair competition.
Please immediately discontinue the unauthorized use of Disney’s trademarks and logos, including the Kingdom Hearts logo, and stop selling or distributing a movie or any other work consisting in whole or in part of reproduced scenes or elements from the Kingdom Hearts video game or Disney’s other intellectual properties, and, by September 5, 2005, send me written confirmation that you will comply with the foregoing and that you will not resume the unauthorized use of Disney’s intellectual property.
