No!!! They took down the Kashieca billboard in EDSA already!! NO!!!!!!! T_T
Nevertheless, it's Selene's time in my world now. Everyone who knows/knew me well knows/knew that I've been captivated with Selene's "simplistic beauty". And no, I'm not referring to Kate Beckinsale as the actress (with all due respect to her). I'm referring to Selene as the Death Dealer. Melancholy is all over her. And, of course, any normal person would not want to have a relationship with one who is always "sulking and grieving" such as Selene (and killing, too :P). My fascination with the gothic culture is really hard to explain. And just for your information, I don't speak goth, I don't dress goth, I don't LOOK goth. So I won't (and may not want to) pass as "gothic elitist".
The more I delve into the darker colors of music, the more I wonder... Does it do one harm to drown oneself in blue, brown, gray (and maybe even black) colors of music? I don't know. All I know is that, I like it. Not too many people in my circle (if I have any) like the music that I like. Yeah, whatever. Now, on for haircut. :)
Wooh yeah! I'm doing "Sleepers" side by side with a track inspired by Aravis. Most people will just probably be shocked when they get to hear that Aravis track. It's not "Narnia material". It's a hmm... An angry kind of drum and bass. I didn't say I meant that track for Aravis (or at least I didn't say that the song will FIT her), but I was just inspired by what I saw in Aravis. And probably my MONTHS of itching to do a dnb track gave birth to "Tarkheena". I've entitled the Aravis track as "Tarkheena". I hope I don't get into any legal thingies because of that.
All's in good time, I guess. I'm currently doing a new "dark-ambient" type of song I've titled "Sleepers". After that (or maybe even during in-between), I wanna make a song that's inspired by Aravis (of the Narnia fame - Tarkheena).
And by the way, Kashieca is a name that will always ring a bell in my mind... *sigh*
Awoot!! I love how "Journey of Pursuit" turned out after remastering. I called it "Rebirth Mix". I may have to set aside my drum and bass experiment for the original one. Ideas are kinda pouring in right now to the point that I don't wanna sleep or something. I really wanna do something about my songs not being on my site. T_T
New beginnings! I love how "Faithful" ended up to be! I'm currently remastering "Journey of Pursuit", and I like how it's turning out. I also got another idea for a drum and bass track. I got boosted up by Calyx and Evol Intent. Their tracks are just so sick I'm on my way to the gym NOW to train. XD I've been working on the drum and bass experiment for more than 2 months actually. But I just got the flow a while ago (not less than 10 minutes before I made this entry).
