Sometimes, you won't know that you've been living with a problem attached to your life unless it hits you on the head like a soft mallet but swung at you with a megaton of force. The thing that I've learned is, if you have even a hunch that you have a problem, seek its cause. I don't mean to say that you have to necessarily "eliminate" the problem. I mean, try to find out what's causing it, and try to fix it if it IS a problem. If you're not able to fix it, find some people who can. But yes, sometimes, problems are like burning CD-Rs. If you started burning a CD-R, let it finish. If you suddenly find that there's a problem with the data you burned, you'll end up with a coaster (a dead CD-R) most of the time if you immediately stop the burning process without letting it finish. Sometimes, you just have to wait for it to finish (listen to the problem). Most of the time, timing is crucial. I am learning this the hard way (hopefully, some situations will soften this "hard" way). Because life is not a CD-RW. Things are not rewritable with life. Unsolved problems will always leave a mark in your heart until you find a solution to it. Yes, CD-Rs are not permanent sources of media (studies from a few years back that the best media for long-term data storage are GOLD CD-Rs, which last for about 50 years). CD-Rs DO have lifespans, and they "die". And so do life's problems... Yes, they ALSO have a lifespan. Problems "die", but so do you. And most of the time, problems' lifespans are much, much longer than ours.
